Grim carries the sack...

Lord Godard gave Grim the Viking a sack. 'Throw this sack into the sea' he ordered Grim.

Grim carried the sack over his shoulder and started to walk towards his longship. The sack was very light. 

‘What is in this sack?’ thought Grim. ‘Why does Lord Godard want me to throw it into the sea ?’ he wondered.

Grim reached the harbour. The moon was shining brightly and the water was dark and cold. 

Grim decided not to throw the sack into the sea, ‘Not until I know what’s in it’ he thought. He checked he wasn’t being followed and began to walk home.
